Product Introduction Management Radio is responsible for introduction of new products, site solutions and test development.

Description
A production engineer's responsibilities within Ericsson Gävle (org. site material):
• participating in projects (subproject manager/project member);
• new product implementations;
• transferring projects of products, production setups;
• analyzing and implementing efficient logistical flow for products;
• analyzing and implementing efficient balanced production flow, segmentation of products;
• time/method analyses and capacity calculations;
• creating safe work areas and good ergonomics in manufacturing;
• creating manufacturing documents needed for production work instructions.
We are working with the lean production concept and segmentation of low-touch, no-touch products and logistical flow.
Qualifications
To manage the job and achieve good results, you need to be a good cooperator. You should have the ability to take initiative and drive work on your own. As a person, you should be result orientated and have a good sense of quality. You realize the importance of good relations and a structured way of working.
You have a university or college degree within engineering or logistics. Experience of production-engineering work is preferred.
