We are now looking for a Production Engineer to our Operations team. The ideal candidate is driven and eager to create change and improvement.
One of the main tasks in this position is to support our production partners to ensure production capacity and quality. The work is mainly conducted from the office in Solna, but it will also require the presence of contract manufacturers and other suppliers. At Charge Amps we take pride in our work, and we deliver as a team. Quality is important to us!
We expect you to:
Follow up and assist contract manufacturers regarding production technology (assembly/testing), continuous needs analysis and implementation of new tools in production and work for production optimization measures.
Propose and work for the introduction of product changes in order to improve product design and production yield, quality, capacity, cost, etc.
Create product documentation, instructions etc.
Administration of product structures and product documentation in PLM systems
Create change orders for production partners and follow up on their implementation.
Participate in automation and development projects.
Participate in DFM analyzes and coordinate activities between production and development.
Evaluate prototypes of new products from a production point of view.
Skills and Qualifications:
Swedish and English skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar, and/or a few years of work experience in the field
Great communication and collaboration skills
Documented experience in working with suppliers or partners
