As a part of Category Paper, you will have access to a huge knowledge base and experience in both leadership and paper material, production and value chain. We offer trust and space to test and try, explore, make mistakes, and develop us and our partners.
Quality in all of our products is really important for us. In IKEA we work with our suppliers in a tight team of 3 functions, quality, logistics and business development. You would be the one leading the quality agenda in the business team, working very close with our Business Developers & Supply Planners. You are the main contact towards the suppliers to develop and secure the efficient production process, handling of quality deviations and secure compliance to all IKEA requirements.
Amongst others you:
are responsible for Quality Assurance
are responsible - together with our partners - identified areas for improvements and cost savings
perform Product audits and production risk assessments at suppliers
are responsible for Supplier development
