About the Role
You will join a modern, highly automated manufacturing environment where maintenance development and industrial digitalization are key to operational performance. In this role, you will work across production methods, processes, and equipment to strengthen quality, safety, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
The focus is on building robust maintenance strategies and ways of working for both new and existing production equipment. You will also contribute to standardization and development within Connected Hardware, including RFID solutions, torque tools, smart tooling systems, identification systems, and other digital production equipment. Job DescriptionYou will optimize production processes, equipment, and working methods to improve quality, safety, efficiency, and cost performance.
You will define and implement maintenance strategies for production equipment and facilities.
You will help establish a systematic maintenance concept for new production equipment and production lines.
You will develop preventive and condition-based maintenance to maximize equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime.
You will improve maintenance systems and ensure technical documentation stays up to date.
You will contribute to investment and industrialization projects by securing the right requirements for maintenance, serviceability, reliability, and operational performance.
You will perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventive improvement activities.
You will develop spare parts strategies and help secure the right availability and inventory levels.
You will support service agreement evaluations and coordinate work with external service partners.
You will plan and coordinate major maintenance activities and production shutdowns.
You will help ensure compliance with applicable requirements related to production equipment, lifting equipment, inspections, and similar areas.
You will work cross-functionally with production, engineering, logistics, R&D, IT, and suppliers to create robust and future-proof solutions.
RequirementsUniversity degree in Maintenance Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Experience working with maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience working with maintenance management systems and structured continuous improvement.
Interest in industrial digitalization, connected equipment, and smart manufacturing solutions.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Nice to haveExperience working with production equipment, automation, or highly automated or robotized manufacturing environments.
