This position is a central coordinating role in the Outerwear and Woven team at Mini Rodini. You will act as the contact point between suppliers, logistics, warehouses and other internal and external partners at Mini Rodini.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In the position as Production Coordinator for outerwear and woven, you will be a part of the production team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and samples are delivered in time, in the correct quality, look, and with the correct function. You are the contact point between suppliers, logistics, warehouses, and other parts of the company in production-and sample related questions. You have a responsibility to ensure that production is met in accordance with the MR Quality and Sustainability Standard.
You will work closely with the production team, but also with other colleagues at the company.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Clear and efficient communication via e-mail and phone with our suppliers
• Order and handling samples and track the status of production
• Evaluate and comment on samples, bulk fabric, and trims
• Testing fabric, trims, and products
• Follow up in-line and final inspections
• Seek feedback from the claims department and follow up on production issues so that they don't occur again
• Solve production related issues and proactively identify issues possible to prevent
The position is a full-time permanent position, based at our Stockholm Office and you will report to Production Manager and/or Senior Buyer.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:
• Experience from similar roles preferably with a sustainable premium brand
• Experience from working with high quality children's wear is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English written and spoken
• Good knowledge and experience of working in the Office package
