The challenge ahead
We are looking for a Production Coordinator for an 8 month contract, Jan-Aug 2016. You'll work closely with our team leads and key functions at DICE such as Legal, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders within EA. You will coordinate and facilitate initiatives that crosses the borders between the game team and said functions. This role is a great opportunities for someone who wants more insight into game development and wants to grow in a global project and company.
Responsibilities
Set up and administrate suppliers, contracts and budgets
Coordinate with Legal and Finance to get all necessary agreements and budgets aligned
Follow up on budgets with external contracted parties
Participate on finance forecasting and updates with CFO and stakeholders
Administration for events and milestones
Support team in booking Hotel and travels
Admin support DDs and Producers
Candidate qualities
This is a junior role but we would expect you to have a few years of experience of a similar role or responsibilities
Some event planning, marketing, account management, accounting (many areas of expertise should count towards this)
Business background (comfortable with big deals, contracts and partners)
Experience in coordinating several initiatives in parallell
International / Professional communication experience a plus
