National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS) är ett internationellt konsortium med intressen från Sverige och Kina. Med stöd av befintliga resurser och tillförsel av japansk spetsteknologi startar företaget en ny verksamhet i Trollhättan, där utveckling och produktion inriktas på elbilar. Målet är att bli en ledande tillverkare av elbilar.
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS) builds on the Saab Automobile AB legacy of innovative power, quality, progressive design and a firm commitment to environmental and safety issues. Our aim is to be a front runner in the automotive industry, with focus on electric vehicles.
Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.
The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.
Description
We are looking for a Production Control Manager who will work with
• the daily leadership of the Production Control department.
From Build Start Body to finished vehicle
• generating production schedules
• the development/control/follow up of the PIA targets in the
plant
• balancing of the production flow in order to establish and
maintain a cost effective manufacturing process.
• the development of the department in order to meet future
demands
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
• a documented leadership experience from manufacturing
• at least 5 years experience in the automotive industry
• ability to analyze events and processes from a higher level
To be successful in this role you need to have
• ability to make decisions in time
• ability to lead others
• functional and technical skills
• ability to solve problems
A previous experience from the specific area is a merit but not a must.
You can speak and write well in English and Swedish.

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
