Job description
You will work station-based in a production environment with your colleagues close at hand. In order to carry out the work in the best way, you have a work rotation, which means that you have varied work with different tasks. This is the job for you who wishes for development and like to be in close contact with the management and your colleagues.
The assignment as a boat builder entails areas of responsibility within the following:
• Molding of boats in carbon fiber
• Grinding, polishing and assembly of various constituent parts
• Quality assurance and final testing
Qualifications
For this assignment at Candela, we are looking for someone who is handy and has a background in production or industrial work. It is advantageous if you have work experience as a boat builder, production worker or equivalent skills.
To succeed in the assignment, it is important that you strive to walk the extra mile and take responsibility for your work. Candela is an international company with English as company language, so it is important that you speak and write English fluently.

Assignment duration: 6 months assignment with the possibility being recruited by Candela

About Candela
Candela's ultimate purpose is to speed up the transition to fossil fuel-free lakes and oceans. We strive to re-think efficiency in marine transportation to radically push the performance boundaries of electric boats and ships.
By combining sensors, computers and advanced submerged hydrofoils, our electric craft fly above the water, reaching speeds and range previously attained only by fossil fuel powerboats.
Due to the launch of the C-8 and an increased demand of our boats we are scaling up the pace in production and are looking for Production workers to our hull, deck, and other carbon fibre parts production teams. The job is focusing on processing of carbon fibre components in different work methods, including vacuum infusion.
