As Production Assistant, you will plan, organize and execute product photo shoots for the in-house photo studio. This is a highly interactive position that works closely with freelancers, Art Director, Producer and cross-functional with Marketing, Production and Design.
The position reports to the Digital Production Manager. You will be based at Acne Studios Head Office in Stockholm, but you might have commitments that require travelling.
Key responsibilities
• Plan organize and execute inhouse photo shoots
• Secure and coordinatate samples for all productions
• Support Digital Production Manager on bigger productions and projects
• Plan and book talents travels and accommodation
• Develop briefs and effectively communicate those to teams
• Talent booking and negotiations
• Produce and share project timelines and gather outstanding needs to initiate projects
• Manage wholesale portal product photo production
• Recruit and train interns
Competence requirements
• Solid project management skills, with attention to details, strong organization and the ability to multi-task & meet tight deadlines
• Minimum 2 years experience in photo production and on set production from either a studio production service, inhouse studio or ad agency background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in InDesign
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong skills in managing cross-departmental tasks and initiatives
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Budgeting skills
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
