Position:
Assistant of production and customer serivce
Tasks:
1) assist CEO on communication with China office and Chinese suppliers
2) draft documents and presentation in Microsoft office - word, ppt, and in Keynote
3) update and create xcel files
4) edit pictures in Apple's preview or Microsoft picture manager, or photoshops; update front page of the LA YIN website, and web stores
5) packaging and responsible for deliveries as required
6) participate in other tasks as required
Skills:
Fluent in (both spoken and written) Chinese, English
Excellent in Microsoft office, in particular xcel.
Excellent on interpersonal communication
Good appreciation of fashion, design, Apple products, computers, mobile phones.
Education requirement:
University bachelor degree or higher
Quality:
Excellent work ethics
Must be a team player
Quick learner
Relevant experience is not required, but it'll be a bonus.
