Seco Tools AB Finance Department is located in Fagersta and we support the organization with financial services such as budgets, forecasts, accounting and controlling. Our Financial Control Department is now looking for a Production Accountant to strengthen our team. You work with a large number of contacts and build sustainable relationships and you enjoy analyzing data, translating numbers for business and describing how different choices affect the results.
Key performance areas
As a Production Accountant you work with data quality and models, financial reporting, analysis and providing information for decision making. You collect, compare and ensure the correct data quality in our systems, which can include hourly rates, machine hours and cost per machine hour. You work with the full cost model, allocation keys and standard cost calculations. Preparing and reporting budget, forecast and financials related to production are other key areas. Considering we are a small organization you will to some extent also work as Finance partner which includes providing support in inventory valuation, ensuring HR data accuracy and other additional day-to-day tasks. The position requires close collaboration with our Product Unit Controllers as well as HR, Country Finance and the business.
Your profile
You have a degree in Business Administration or Finance. You have previously worked with production accounting or financial accounting for a manufacturing company and you are a skilled user of MS Excel; while knowledge of Movex/M3 is advantageous. You need excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and very good knowledge in English.
