Awesome, then we think you would love working with us! We are looking for a Product UI Designer to join the Viaplay Commerce Team.
THE POSITION
Working with the visual design and user experience of the multi-platform Viaplay product, you will join a cross competence Commerce Team. You will work closely with UX designers, developers and product owners in a collaborative and friendly atmosphere. You will also be a part of a design guild where you share insights and knowledge, develop our opportunities and take part in research.
We offer a creative environment with focus on ongoing development end execution of a product aspiring to be in the forefront of digital user experience. We work on a great variety of platforms, we have a strong design process focus integrated in the development process, and work closely with our users through needs mapping, feedback and testing.
THE CHALLENGE AHEAD
The role will focus on elevating the e-commerce area of the Viaplay product, like our onboarding experience, purchase flows and account management. You will be iterating key functions and forming ideas on how to deliver the best possible experience for our customers now and in the future. Business goals, data insights and user research will always be important input for your design decisions. You will work with both cutting edge concepts as well as feature improvements, and it will all provide lots of challenges and fun.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a candidate with a strong portfolio that includes both a diversity of digital products and recognisable brand work.
• Solid work life experience as a visual designer
• Experience collaborating across the company from product owners and developers to marketing teams
• A portfolio that includes high quality, thoughtful branding and UI work
• Strong cross-platform design experience
• Intimate understanding of the interplay between visual design, interaction and usability
• A good attitude, sense of humor and ability to work humbly with others in a creative team environment
