About the Department ReadSoft Professional Services is a dedicated
team of professionals who deliver dynamic services to ensure that our customers
get the most out of their Document Automation solution. One of these
services is Customer Support. At our Nordic Support Center in Sollentuna, we
handle incoming support cases from the Scandinavian countries.
About the position As a Product Technician at our Support Department you
will be the front line towards our customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and
Finland plus our international partners' customers. You will be a part
of a highly skilled team which analyzes product issues and solves both simple
and complex customer problems. Your work will be carried out in close
cooperation with customers, helping them maintain their business-critical
ReadSoft software. Your working day will be full of variety and you
will get a good insight into how different organizations operate. You will be
working with cutting-edge technology in an international environment allowing
you to sharpen your technical expertise. About you You are a
structured and pedagogical communicator who enjoy explaining technical matters
to others. You communicate freely in English, Swedish and Finish in both speech
as well as in writing, Norwegian and/or Danish would be a plus. You
have previous experience of working with software support and you know how to
use Support Administration Tools for case handling and follow-up. You have been
working with Windows OS for a couple of years and your skills are at MCP-level.
If you also know your way around databases, SQL Server, Oracle or
imaging in general, that is to your advantage. If you want to work
