Duties & Responsibilities
Product development ? be the technical expert in assigned product area this includes:
• Testing and validating all open European software
• Testing and validating all NEU CA software
• Approval and translation of the different manuals
• Token management and translations
• Technical support to Korea in local questions
Person Profile/Skills
• Action/solution oriented
• Drive for result, self-starter
• Process ownership
• Learning on the fly
• Team player
Education/Experience
• Technical engineer, preferably from technical university
• 2 or more years of experience from similar position as product specialist, deep technical experience and knowledge in mobile radio technique
• Good technical understanding and experience from working as a product specialist within assigned area
• Able to extracts new insight from data and translates into reports and presentation
Additional information
• Test & validation of softwares
o Validating operator settings for Telia, Telenor, Tele2, 3SE and Halebop
o Local testing of Network behaviour
o Field tests
o 3 types of software: OPEN NEU, OPEN EUR or CA
• Issue reporting
o TD system (Mercury Quality Center)
o Debugging
o Logging
o Supporting R&D with test binary testing
• Tokens
o Language translation and review support
• Manuals
o Mobile phone manuals
o Accessory manuals
o Language translation and review support
