To strengthening our after sales technical support for loader cranes we are looking for a product support manager.
We offer:
You will act as main point of contact for technical support to local Hiab frontline service- and support teams within your area of responsibility. You are responsible for daily technical support and to solve technical problems on your own or in collaboration with our design departments. You work in the support system C-case, over phone or via e-mail.
By providing service and customer feedback you participate in New Product Development Projects as After Sales representative to make service reviews and establish training material and training plans.
You plan and perform Basic product trainings and communicate new features as well as the latest technical changes, both in face-to-face and on-line sessions.
You will be coordinator for the PLC working team for Mid range and report PLC-progress and new cases to Product Manager. The work includes analyzing and preparing new PLC-cases as well as facilitating and coordinating ongoing cases. In essence you play an important role to speak for our customer's in the product line and serves to increase customer up time and limit warranty spending's.
You collect information within your product area to keep service-, workshop- and operator manuals up to date and you prepare different kinds of quality reports. The position implies occasional global travel since training and on-site support will be necessary on short notice.

The job responsibilities include:
After Sales representative in the management team for medium range Hiab loader cranes
Coordinate the PLC Mid range work team
Analyse, prepare, establish and communicate PLC-cases for the PLC-management board
Daily technical support
Provide service feedback and service review to NPD
Develop service training material and training plans for NPD
Basic training
Establish Hiab Information Bulletins (Service- and Circular Letters)
Develop monthly reports and input to different quality councils
Our expectations:
In order to be successful in this position we believe you fulfil the following criteria:
Holds an academic degree within engineering, economy or quality or several years of experience from a similar position.
You are fluent in Swedish and have excellent English language skills both spoken and written and work freely in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and different support systems.
Excellent service orientation and communication abilities.
You have a big interest in problem solving, quality methods and factual communication.
This position requires good knowledge about Hiab control systems, hydraulics and electronics.
Experience from service workshop and/or design of Hiab products or similar
Advantages: experience from working in projects, statistical analysis, plan and perform trainings. Preferred if you speak German or French.
You are a team player and really like to cooperate and share your knowledge with colleagues.
