We are now looking for a Product Supply Chain Planner in the Group Support team! The position is a temporary post for approximately 1 year.
Purpose of the role
We are now looking for a Product Supply Chain Planner in our CCO team to take responsibility of Forecasting, communication and improvement work between Espresso House Group, our country offices and 3PL. In this role, you will contribute to ensure the best service and availability of products to our shops by making sure we have the best supply chain set up possible for all markets. As the Product Supply Chain Planner, you will report to Head of Product Procurement and Supply Chain and you will be based in our service office in Stockholm.
Key tasks of the role
Work closely with 3PL 's in each country to drive operations and constantly strive for improvements and simplification. Also, support on stock level optimization for the different product groups to balance service and waste.
To act as a bridge between EH and 3PL with communication regarding suppliers, launch windows, development work and other parts that affect our cooperation.
Working with finding and implementing "best way practice" between our different markets regarding Supply Chain.
Secure forecasting is done continuously to optimize stock and service levels and avoid obsoletes, especially important for EH suppliers as the Bakery and Roastery.
Monitoring and supporting 3PL regarding service level to shop with the aim of having a stable and reliable communication and supply chain towards the shop.
Follow up on distributors service level and OOS to help Purchasers and Category managers to ensure replacement products and follow up of supplier 's performance.

You are curious and like to make things happen.
You are extremely good at organizing your work and planning your projects
You have great communications skills and thrives in cross functional environments.
You have experience in and are good at working with the most common MS Office tools, especially Excel.
You have native or near-native fluency in English and in at least one other Espresso House language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or German)
You have a degree in logistics or have worked with in Supply Chain before.
