In the past years, we have experienced rapid growth and achieved record high deliveries and the best bottom line result ever. The main focus now is to protect our leading position in core markets and develop operations in growth markets by entering new segments. Internally, we focus to secure the transition from single-brand to multi-brand approach as well as increase the speed of response. One of the strategic development program run in the Region and at the same time one of Key Strategic Areas called Asia Leverage.
Following new challenges and adjustment of Product Management organization, we are looking to employ dedicated resource who will take up the role of regional Product Strategy & Planning manager .
Main Responsibilities:
• Leads the Product Strategy work for region in accordance with the region business objectives
• Responsible for the regional Product Plan according to Global Product process and based on cluster?s needs
• Responsible for the features targets and differentiation policy for the multi-brand strategy
• Drives feasibility studies and create Product Flashes to global product team
• Delivers Long Term Volume Plan
• Represents clusters in Global and Regional project teams
Key requirements:
• University degree holder
• 8 years? or more of relevant experience in commercial and/or product related functions (Sales engineering, Product planning) including knowledge of emerging market products
• Strategic thinking abilities, forward looking
• Ability to balance Global and Local stake holders views and deal with ambiguity
• Structured
• English proficiency
• Leadership Competence as per Leading People level requirements
This position reports to regional Director Product management and is a member of Product Management extended team (location - Gothenburg, Sweden).
