hela Sverige For Seco Tools, we're now looking for a Product Specialist to join our Digital Product Services team. Our Digital Product Services team aim to deliver a compelling story to the market, focused on guiding to purchase and informing customers of the use of our tools. We make sure that all individual digital services close to our product portfolio offers distinct functionality and value proposition, as well as a consistent interface, look-and-feel and overall user-experience. This is where you come in.

Your mission
In this position, you're part of the Digital Product Services team and have responsibility for supporting the services related to our product portfolio. You work close to the responsible Product Manager and assist in transforming tactical plans into operational work, and you provide your product expertise to various stakeholders during sales and development processes. Staying updated on our portfolio is naturally an important part of the job, as well as on the market, our customers and our competitors as we always aim to be on top of our game.
You support, maintain and improve our offering in mobile applications and desktop services - from defining requirements into improvements and changes, to working closely with IT on bug-fixes, organizing user-tests and supporting in design solutions. By communicating with many internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis, you collect and receive feedback that enables us to enhance our work and our customer satisfaction level. This includes coordinating different customer and product related initiatives.
The location of this position is flexible within Sweden, though presence in Fagersta is required on a regular basis.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a relevant design background, a good understanding of IT and a doer's attitude. You might have been working with industrial product design, UX-design or interaction design, although the important thing is that you know how different systems talk to each other. Your skills can come from actual experience or as a newly graduate within studies like Engineering, Commercial Economics, Digital Marketing or similar. Working with a 360 view, you see the bigger picture and have a proactive and positive approach towards solving problems; using creativity to find new possibilities and suggestions. You're also a true team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed. Since we're truly a global organization, you're fluent in both written and verbal English.
