About the position
Perido is now looking for a product specialist for a major bank that is represented in all Nordic countries. The client is a dynamic and forward-looking organization that values effective internal communication to engage and inform its employees. You will be part of a wonderful team at the customer's office located in central Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
In this role, we are seeking someone who can perform administrative processes and mid-office tasks related to alternative investment funds. Your main responsibility will be to:
Oversee NAV accounting process. Quality check of NAVs, coordination of the NAV packs work with timing, comments, and necessary formal signoffs
Coordination of the drawdown/capital call process, capital Distributions, dividends, and calculations of fees
Ongoing review and analysis of the budgets of funds. Coordination of payments of invoices.
Fund cash management on a regular basis
Support by coordinating the preparations of various reports
Create supportive material for investment advisory committee and board of funds
Find improvement areas and take initiatives to improve processes
Continuous contact with stakeholders of the funds, such as service providers, client executives, fund manager firms, and internal stakeholders at the bank
Your characteristics
To fit this role, we are looking for someone who can effectively manage their tasks, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met. You are a team player who can communicate effectively, share ideas, and work cohesively with colleagues to achieve common goals. While teamwork is crucial, you should also be good at taking initiative and working independently when needed. If you're also proactive and can drive tasks to completion, you will fit this team!

Qualifications:
University Degree
Experience of fund budgeting and accounting
Good understanding in the office package
Meritorious
Good understanding of alternative assets and funds
Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment for 14 months, with a possibility of extension. Start as soon as possible.
