Within Str?lfors business unit Product and Concept Management we lead the development of new solutions and services for Str?lfors customers on an international market. Our mission is to make it easy for our customers to communicate with their customers in an effective way. We are currently in an expansive phase and look for additional resources to our team.
You will have a central role in developing and launching physical and electronic solutions for Market Communication.
You will together with product managers:
• Manage IT services and solutions for Market Communication as part of a global corporate resource, by ensuring their timely identification, evaluation, design, development, marketing and delivery
Your responsibility includes:
• Taking part of the product launch of new services internationally together with Str?lfors local organisations
• Excellent knowledge of solutions and services provided to support local organizations
• Analyze customer requirements
• Turn requirement into development of existing and new services
• Lead and support the project management for development of new services
• Document solutions and services
• Provide product training and support to sales personnel and implementation teams
• Give presentation of the product both internally and externally
Background and Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in business or IT, preferably with specialization in marketing
• Good IT knowledge
• Experience from development of services and solutions based on IT-platforms
• Familiar with marketing business models and technologies
• Experience from working as project manager
• Used to working on your own initiative
• Experience from working with Direct Marketing solutions is desirable
• Fluent in written and spoken English
You are:
• Excellent in business, sales, relationship management and communication
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong in analytical decision-making skills
• Structured and good at prioritising
