Job Summary:
• Solution Architect for new multi-channel marketing solution. This includes work with design, development and management of the solution with integration to the IT landscape.
Role and Responsibilities:
The consultant must be able to do the following task in their job function
• Create Solution Architecture Document which outlines how the technical solution fits for a new multi-channel marketing solution within the wider CRM and IT landscape
• Ensure the project outputs align with other IT projects where interdependencies are identified e.g. Multi-channel - eCommerce/ New Web Platform / Data Management
• Configure system, complete system demo, participate in design reviews and commenting on the overall suitability of the design to meet the business requirement
• Support and work with Third Party Suppliers who design, build and test their elements of the technical solution, including integrations
Knowledge:
• Have experience with configuration and development of multi-channel campaign management technology and integration with existing IT architecture
• Have experience designing technical solutions, ideally within the area of Marketing and Loyalty programs. Experience with products like Oracle Responsys, Eloqua or similar is very relevant. Bluekai, Social Cloud, Apsys can also become relevant.
Experience in:
• Experience in design and delivery of cloud based marketing technology and software development processes like Agile
• Demonstrable experience in the elicitation & specification of architectural and non-functional requirements
• Good familiarity with the disciplines of enterprise software development such as configuration & release management, source code & version controls, and operational considerations such as monitoring and instrumentation
Following competences must be fulfilled:
• Solution Architecture, Expert skills
• Campaign Management Technology, Expert skills
• Cloud based CRM technology from mature vendors (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP etc.), Senior skills
• Data management and segmentation, Senior skills
• Integration and Interfaces, Senior skills
