As one of our Product Specialists is moving into another role at Valmet, we are looking for highly skilled Field Service Product Specialist to strengthen our team in Mill Improvements, Tissue, Karlstad.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:
• systematically work to grow and develop our field service business
• support to our global sales network with quotations and technical specifications
• negotiate sales projects in close cooperation with our global sales network to secure Field Service contracts
• together with sales make customer visits as technical and commercial support when needed
• lead and coordinate Field Service contracts
• participate in development of Field Service products in close cooperation with our customers and our engineering units
• training of our sales resources
• support for marketing when producing sales material
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have solid experience from the paper industry. It is essential that you are service minded, commercially skilled and have a good understanding of our key customer industries. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills as being close to our customers to understand their exact needs and identify the right solutions for them is an integral part of the role.
