hela Sverige Our customer is looking for their new IT/ radio resource for their team in Linköping!
The main area of work is related to UE (User Equipment) like mobile phones and industrial modems.
You will, also interact with internal stakeholders to define and provide solutions in the UE area and also work with continuous improvement of the solutions/services to the agreed service levels in a cost efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Integration, configuration of products/solutions.
- Validation of products/solutions in different network environments SW Management (OS installation, application installation, licensing, Upgrade)
- Equipment Management (HW assets in admin systems, utilization)
- Case handling for incidents and support request
- De-commissioning of Out-of-Service equipment
- General trouble-shooting Administration/documenting of systems
- Propose improvements to enhance stable operations
- Propose and participate in local and global improvement initiatives. Lead knowledge sharing locally
- Drive activities for solutions and tools development
- Act as a mentor too other
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor degree/Master Degree in Engineering or equivalent working experience
• Min. years of experience: 2-4 years
• Domain experience: Radio Products
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Knowledge of Radio Products and Radio Frequency management
• Experience from IT and/or test environment with HW focus
• Knowledge about architectural of RAN and radio test environment
• IT and test processes, tools and infrastructure knowledge
• Being able to handle Ericsson propriety equipment and equipment from other vendors
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in Swedish and English
• Familiar with Agile and lean methodology
Knowledge of Windows, IOS and Linux systems
