hela Sverige Are you passionate about creating the best user experience? We are looking for an Integrator tools Product Specialist, focusing on AXIS Site Designer and AXIS Installer, to join the Platform Solutions team within the Solution Management organization. The role is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who is your future team?
The Platform Solutions team is responsible for global product management for three software platforms and our Integrator tools offering. Through these we aim to unlock the full value in the Axis product portfolio. The team consists of product managers and product specialists, that together manage the entire lifecycle for these offerings, from strategic planning to tactical activities, go-to-market, and maintenance.
What you'll do here as Product Specialist Integrator Tools?
Your focus within Integrator Tools will be to work with the tools AXIS Site Designer and AXIS Installer while cooperating closely with product specialist for AXIS Device Management. You are expected to provide expert input on customer needs, as well as represent product management. You will also be responsible for handling complex support cases escalated from our local support teams worldwide. Your work can be divided into three general areas:
* Solve customer cases: Solve and prioritize support cases of a high complexity, either on your own, or in close cooperation with Axis engineers and ensure issues are fixed quickly and that problems are contained so that as few customers as possible are affected.
* Drive competence: Create training materials, run training sessions, and write technical notes, and white papers
* Take part in the development of new products/functionality, as an expert on customer needs, expectations, and requirements. This includes involvement in internal projects, product documentation and meetings with external partners and suppliers.
We travel to strengthen relations but focus on digital meetings to become efficient. Travelling up to 15 days a year.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for a driven and structured individual with experience and talent in problem solving. We believe you have a service-minded attitude and that you can see things from the System Integrators point-of-view. It is of great value if you have technical knowledge and experience of working with IP video technology and/or Axis video products.
You have social skills and an ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You enjoy a high pace and to have multiple activities ongoing in parallel. You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment. Furthermore, we believe you have/are:
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience
* Self-motivated and result-oriented
* A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters
* Familiarity with IP networks and software applications
* Experience from the security industry
* Excellent written and verbal English skills
We'd also love to hear that you have/are:
* Security system integrator experience, either direct or working closely with them
* Knowledge about the Axis product portfolio
* Experience in collaborating with an agile software organization
* Interest in and experience of documentation, including creating educational videos, creating internal support documentation, reviewing manuals etc.
