Job description:
You will be a part of the global Evaps technology team.
You will be supporting our customers with operation and outage assistance. You will support and train mill operators and also their supervisors in order to maximize the performance of evaporation plants.
This also includes inspections during outages. We are currently developing improved remote services where we follow up operation from our own offices.
You will be an important resource in the development of these services. Another part of the work is to use the customer feedback and improve Valmet's evaporation offering together with our product development and design teams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you should have:
• University degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering or corresponding.
• Experience in process design of plants in the pulping industry
• Experience in process performance evaluation, optimization and trouble shooting
• Field experience from the pulping industry
• Readiness to travel
• Strong communication and networking skills
