About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our product capabilities and customer needs, working closely with customers, sales units, and internal teams to ensure our successful delivery and continuous improvement of our products. You will work closely with the Global Product Manager for hollow bar and pipe, technical marketing, and inside sales. Your role will involve:
Develop and manage offers for direct customers and sales units.
Lead projects and coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage technical specifications, including deviation lists, and assist with technical sales inquiries.
Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and training to customers and sales teams.
Drive E-commerce initiatives to enhance the digital sales channel.
About you
To thrive in this role, we believe you are a collaborator with effective communication and planning skills. You have the ability to work independently and also collaboratory with others to manage and complete projects, as well as to develop processes to establish new practices across functions.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
Degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience from the steel industry alternatively, training in materials science with a focus on stainless steel, is preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience in change management and project management is preferred.
Location and travel
This position is located in Sandviken, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
