We are making lift trucks smarter and aware of their condition by combining innovative but available technology. We network them to create real time visibility to our customers for enhanced safety & productivity.
We make them intelligent through advanced data analytics to provide our customers with new applications which improve their operating efficiency.
You thrive on change and enjoy working in a dynamic workplace; your main tasks will include:
• To be one of the main actors in leading our digital transformation journey;
• To educate our sales and service staff as well as to promote our digital solutions together with our frontline team;
• To bring your expertise knowledge in supporting both our distributors and our product support team;
• To monitor connected assets performance and identify possible improvement areas serving as inputs to our development initiatives or to our customers' operation fleet management to enhance safety and productivity;
• To contribute to the development of new digital product concepts and to support the dedicated development project team in coordination with our local lift trucks engineering team;
• To help us turning our Smart Connected Lift Trucks future suite of business applications and solutions into a successful business model.

What we expect from you
Digital enthusiast with an unlimited source of ideas how to connect machines, data and people together, you will be part of our digital products and applications Business Development team.
Innovative self-starter and fast adapter, you should enjoy liaising with stakeholders, explaining your vision and creating enthusiasm for your ideas. You are great in building strong working relationships and networking. You will interact and work together with people around Konecranes and from all the world.
The successful candidate has a Master's degree, technically and/or commercially oriented; or a Bachelors' degree with significant working experience and a broad connected services eco-system background.
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
Last but most important, you always put customer on first place!
