hela Sverige The International Third Line Support Department is the backbone of our support organization. When particularly complex issues arise, this highly skilled group of professionals provides the local support teams with in-depth technical expertise.
Third Line Support distributes knowledge and information to educate the local support organizations. We are also the interface between ReadSoft's support organizations around the world and the rest of the company.
We develop and maintain procedures that strive to enhance the overall quality and efficiency and reduce the cost of supporting our customers around the world.
As a member of the International Support Team, you will be the product expert dealing with advanced support questions from all corners of the World. You will be cooperating with our local support staff, transferring knowledge, skills and processes.
Another important task will be to work closely together with our Research & Development Department making sure our users' valuable feedback go back into the products. Your input will be very important for the future development of ReadSoft's technology.
You have a solid technical background of Windows networks and operating systems and your database skills are at administrator level (preferably on SQL Server).
• Your English is excellent, in speech as well as in writing.
• You are a service-minded, analytical organizer who knows how to treat a customer right.
• You have database skills equal to administrator level (preferably on SQL Server).
• You are good with hardware - both PC and network equipment.
• You know what it takes to implement and configure complex IT solutions.
If you also know your way around the one or more of the following areas, that is to your advantage: Support on complex systems, Knowledge of scanners, Image handling, Document processing, Data capture, Database administration, Programming (preferably VBA), Workflow and accounting.
On a more personal level, you are a positive and curious problem-solver who works well in teams and can perform under pressure. You enjoy being the expert, explaining complex things to others, and making sure they understand. But you are also humble enough to know when to hand over projects to other experts.
