We're now looking for a curious and driven Product Specialist for Video Analytics to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines technical product expertise and support with knowledge sharing and content creation. You will play a key part in ensuring our analytics solutions meet customer expectations - and that knowledge about them is shared both internally and externally.
What will you do?
As a Product Specialist, you will work closely with the Product Manager, R&D, Technical Services, and regional sales teams. You'll act as both a subject-matter expert and a content creator, helping shape the success of our analytics offerings, from video-based motion detection to cutting-edge AI-based solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the technical expert in R&D projects, contributing customer needs, testing, and hands-on feedback.
* Managing and prioritizing complex technical support cases in close collaboration with Support and Engineering.
* Creating and maintaining educational and technical content such as guides, white papers, training materials, and FAQs.
* Producing engaging content - from instructional videos and technical articles to webinars and internal presentations.
* Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in our analytics portfolio.
* Acting as the link between technology development and knowledge distribution, ensuring clarity and accessibility for internal teams, partners, and customers.
* Supporting internal knowledge sharing through documentation, training, and participation in technical conferences.
Who are you?
We believe you are a structured, communicative, and technically skilled individual with a passion for problem-solving and knowledge sharing. You're comfortable getting hands-on with technology and have a talent for explaining complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
We think you have:
* 3-5+ years of experience in a relevant technical field - ideally within analytics, AI, or video/image processing.
* A pedagogical mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, both in writing and speaking.
* Experience working closely with R&D or in product-focused roles.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Swedish is a plus, but not required.
Experience with IP video technologies and Axis products is a strong advantage. Familiarity with tools like Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar is also beneficial.What can Axis offer you?
