The team has the responsibility to deliver and coordinate technical support for the Volvo & Renault products towards Market companies and Importers within the areas engine, engine installation, transmission and rear axles -with all related electronics.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Product Specialist Electromobility, you will be responsible for resolving all Electromobility, hardware and software, related problems that might occur in customer trucks. To quickly develop creative containment actions, temporarily resolving customer issues, is also one of your main deliveries. You work independently with a large personal responsibility, supported by your team when needed.
You will also act as the key person representing the market/end-customer in projects where quality issues are addressed. Technical Service is the link between design departments and the market. We invite market representatives to our product quality conferences, where you will be presenting the latest news and solutions to our customers.
The work is carried out both at the office in Gothenburg where you remotely work with analyzes and support systems, but visiting our customers all around the world to investigate and resolve problems is an important and rewarding part of the job.

Required knowledge/experience
This is an expert role and your experience from Electromobility (control systems-) design, or vehicle verification, department is something you bring along.
You have a technical university, or equivalent, degree.
We are a truly global organisation and fluency in English is fundamental. As we also have a strong domestic market, fluency in Swedish is also a pre-requisite.
