We work as technical specialists in various areas with follow-up of product quality and product improvement processes. With us, you will have the opportunity to work internationally with
Husqvarna Construction Products, a business area within Husqvarna, is a world leader in machines and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries. The range of construction products includes cutting machines, floor saws, tile and stone saws, wall and wire saws, demolition robots, core drilling machines and diamond tools for these and other areas of use. The stone product range includes several diamond tools for quarrying and the stone processing industry. The head office is in Jonsered and manufacturing takes place at about 10 factories around the world.
The job as Product Service Specialists
• Be our technical specialist for the products Floorsaws & Core Drills.
• Support and supervise our sales companies and distributors in service technical matters.
• Hold service training sand be responsible for the development and production of training material.
• Initiate product improvement activities and be a driving part of the product improvement process.
• Participate in our product development projects and represent our aftermarket interests.
Who are you?
You are an engineer or have equivalent skills with several years of experience from similar tasks in technical support and international aftermarket development. You have good technical knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics and electronics as well as a good understanding of technical systems. You get energy from seeing the business significance of a strong and well-functioning aftermarket.
You are driven and inspires confidence, but also service-minded. In your work, you will have frequent contacts with both colleagues and customers all over the world, which is why it is important that you are an open and communicative person, preferably in Swedish but especially in English. If you are proficient in additional languages, it's a plus. We see that you are motivated by developing your area of responsibility and are good at coming up with creative solutions.
Location
Gothenburg, at Construction's office in Jonsered. Within Husqvarna, we apply a hybrid work model.
