Role Summary/Purpose:

We are currently recruiting a Product Sales Specialist - Molecular Imaging. The Molecular Imaging business includes imaging equipment for Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT and Cyclotron centers. You will belong to a dynamic specialist team with a commercial mission in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for supporting sales of complex technical products in the molecular imaging business in Sweden.

Essential Responsibilities:

Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of the Molecular Imaging business in Sweden.
Develop good long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team.
Support sales of molecular imaging products to customers in Sweden.
Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow up.
Prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with the Nordic manager.
Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available.
Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data.
Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service/education team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
Generates, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers.
Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Healthcare or engineering background, University degree.
Relevant experience.
Technical expertise in Molecular Imaging.
Selling skills.
Negotiating skills.
Communication skills.
Interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of market place.
Appreciation of business environment.
Customer meetings are primarily held at hospitals in Sweden, so traveling is required.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Valid driving license level B.
EU work permit.

Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations).
Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).
Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process).
