What you will be a part of
Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and traffic management systems.
Surface Radar Solutions has the business responsibility for all surface-based radar systems. The Marketing and Sales department is responsible for business development for the system and services offering and consequently capture of our surface radar opportunities worldwide. Such opportunities encompass competitive product offerings covering the complete Surface Radar Solutions portfolio.



Your role
We are looking for a winner within Marketing & Sales to capture business opportunities. The responsibility entails securing business opportunities for all the products in the Surface Radar Solutions portfolio, primarily Naval solutions. The product sales responsible will be driving the market areas in promoting the surface radar portfolio, from early stages to final negotiations. In this position you will handle complex business setups involving several stakeholders in an international environment.

Your skills and experience
You will be the core team leader in a team where each member contributes with their individual experiences, including functions such as Product Management, Project Management and Commercial Management. You are expected not only to work with your individual area of responsibility, being a member of a team also puts emphasis on interacting and taking active part in other functions.
Your experience and skills

Appropriate professional or postgraduate qualification in a business oriented and/or technical discipline
Experience from the maritime sector is of great advantage
A team-player with solid leadership skills
Strong drive, and the ability to engage and motivate in a positive manner
Strong business understanding and customer satisfaction focus
The ability to combine strategic thinking and hands-on work to achieve our targets
Above all, a strong desire to win and improve our business

You enjoy situations where you interact socially and face customers.
As a condition of employment, candidates will be required to participate in a background investigation and/or successfully demonstrate eligibility to receive applicable Government security clearance(s).
