Henkel Adhesive Technologies in Stockholm are now looking for a Product Safety Administrator who would like a stimulating and varying job where she or he will be part of the Nordic SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) team. This position might be extended to a team leader role.
Tasks:
• Monitoring of Nordic Chemical regulation/ensuring fulfillment.
• National control/ review of Material Safety Data Sheets for AC and AG business.
• Ensure Product Safety/control and Registration of marketed Products (Chemicals).
• Customer service/ requests on Product formulation and Classification.
• Safety adviser appointment / Dangerous goods (incl. SAP-maintenance).
• Nordic Trade and export control appointment.
• Nordic REACH appointment.
Your qualifications:
Chemical degree (MSc): Formulation and analytic chemistry
Eco toxicology and Toxicology knowledge
Legal orientation in chemical regulations (especially in GHS, CLP and REACH)
Official Dangerous goods training and Export control skills
Operation- and Business understanding (incl. SAP E, H & S-skills)
Personality:
• Customer service minded
• Ability to cooperate and communicate
• Ability to take initiative and put into practice
• Good skills in writing and expressing oneself
• Simultaneous and consequence ability
• Structured and demand orientated
