We are looking a product specialist for requirements and a 3rd line software support to our GTS (Gaming terminals) department. The work is to provide 3rd line software support services to our customers. You will be in daily contact with our customers helping them with product (software) related questions, releases and other operative related tasks. You will also be part of product specifications (requirements) team producing material for our product development.
Over time you will become a technical product specialist. You will work closely with our customers and developers.
Essential skills and experience:
• The ability to analyse, structure and explain complex concepts
• Excellent communications skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Experience with technical support operations
• Experience of databases, basic knowledge (sql)
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office program suite.
• Experience with product requirements
