There is now an opportunity to join our team our team as Product Quality Leader Data Analyst.
The department has the overall responsibility for all short term quality improvements in its regions as well as responsibility for the Platforms.
Mission:
Ensuring structured data analysis on problems affecting customers included recommending advanced statistical analysis and IT systems to be used. In addition the role includes acting as a IT tool Key User that also involves to contribute to operational excellence by developing, implementing and performing department reports.
Core Responsibilities
• Advanced statistical analysis:
Be an expert to extract data from databases and contribute to develop specialized statistical methodologies
Define and use valid advanced statistical principles to analyze customer problems and factors driving them
Develop and implement advanced methodologies to forecast product quality and reliability
Support activities in all solving processes
Support any quality forecast activity
• IT tools key user
Training of new users and current users
User support for all IT tools
Responsible for collecting and evaluating change requests proposals from end-users. Also responsible for solution validation
Development of reports from the different tools
Batch reports ? scheduling, distribution, delegation and deletion
Supporting in building infomaps, and in some cases build them
Participate in continuous improvements of the IT Solution and their tools
• Contribute to the development of analytics process and skills
• To develop, implement and perform department reports
Qualifications
Master degree
Fluent in English.
Analytical and statistical skills: Recognizing patterns in data, information, or events, drawing logical conclusions, and making recommendations on the most suitable models and statistical approaches
Creativity / Innovation: Reframing traditional patterns of thinking and applying new and evolving ideas, methods, designs and technologies
Attention to Detail: Monitoring adherence to standards and actively checking for accuracy of data received or generated before passing it on
Proficiency in personal computers and network applications and aptitude to learn new program features and application software
Good written and verbal communication
Organization and follow up
