We are now looking for Project Quality Leader, PQL to lead cross functional QJ-teams.
The QJ-team introduces solutions for implementation of Reactive Quality Improvements towards the customers.
You shall assure the shortest possible lead-time according to the QJ-process.
You will coordinate the efforts of a cross functional team.
External collaboration and interaction will be part of daily work.
You are expected to be responsible for up to 7 parallel Mini-Projects with focus on improvements in the area of connectivity and improvement stability, and quality.
The Mini-Project's aim is to find resolutions to QJ-issues as quickly as possible as well as maintaining the highest quality level in the work.
The actual Root Cause and Solution is monitored by the PQL.
You will be part of the After Market Quality team and will lead the work to define the problem with methods available for the task by reproducing the issue in digital environment or in vehicle and collecting relevant Log files or other methods that gives valuable input of understanding the problem description.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead the work to define the problem with methods available
• Understand the market in respect of customer complaints
• Manage and prioritize quality issues within connectivity cloud functions, telematics connectivity, App and remote services
• Create and execute Product Quality Improvement projects for issues
• Investigation and evaluation of existing quality items
• Support the team with the customer complaints within connectivity
• Coordinate and manage external and internal stakeholders
• Improve processes to enable operational quality
• Determine quality objectives by studying business functions; gathering information and evaluate output
COMPETENCE & EXPERIENCE:
• M.Sc or B.Sc with 3-5 years work experience from automotive development AND/OR within cloud and architecture and validation of functionality within connectivity.

• Experienced and skilled in working with the requirements process

You will be part of the team delivering cloud solutions to OEM 's. You will report to the Program Manager for operational setup.
