www.gpv-group.comThis is a broad role with a lot of variety. You will have a lot of customer contact and collaborate with other departments in the organization. Here you will be involved in the entire manufacturing flow, from prototype and product development to delivery to the customer. The quality team consists of four quality engineers, three quality technicians and one SHE specialist. Our corporate culture is based around a flat organization with focus on employee enagagement and motivation. Tasks of the roles
Identify quality deficiencies in manufacturing and drive continous improvements in project form
Customer follow-ups, reports and continuous communication with customers
Customer and cost analyzes and drive improvement projects linked to the outcome
Internal audits, customer and third party audits
Responsible for/develop/ routines and processes
Support and coach the production managers in the quality work
Together with the team, continuously develop the quality work
We are looking for you who have.....
Understanding of ISO9001
IRIS is a merit
Understanding of EMS processes and IPC standards is advantageous
Good communication and negotiation skills
Relevant college or university education
Experience of quality work is advantageous
Familiar with quality tools and methodologies
Good at problem solving
Likes teamwork and customer contact
