Titel: Product Quality Engineer
Overall description of the job: Flex Links product and supply division (PSD) develop and supply conveyor products to both internal and external customers all over the world. Flexlink products are recognized to be high quality and a significant time is spent to set up the quality assurance for each product. Sometimes though, the products don't live up to the high demands from customers and a complaint is raised. Quick and professional handling of the customer complaint is then an important key for happy customers. This position is responsible for receiving, coordinating and handling technical complaints from our global customer base. The function is a part-time position with 20 hours per week. The main tasks of yours will include: . Coordinate complaint handling activities. . Handling of complaints with focus on short response time and high service level. . As part of the product quality team give input to supplier evaluations and supplier audits. . Develop and improve the complaint handling process.
Your Knowledge:
