At Longitudinal Vehicle Control we deliver features and innovations to enable the next generations of electric propulsion, self-driving vehicles and active safety technology. Vehicle Motion Controls aim is to control the vehicle in all six degrees of freedom by input from several sensor to control several actuators as propulsion, and chassis features. What's in it for you?
As Product Owner you will work with a highly skilled team that develop and implement Function and System Design and requirement for Longitudinal Vehicle Control and Stand Still/Vehicle Hold. Request coming from driver in manual drive mode and automatic drive as ACC, Pilot Assist, AD, park assist and other active safety functions. For these functions the team need to balance customer experience as comfort, driveability, performance feel, excellent driver interface, safety and energy optimization.
What you'll do
As PO in an Agile context you are responsible for the product, prioritize the team 's backlog, You emphasise the short- and long-term vision of the product to the team and relevant stakeholders. You participate as a member of the extended Product Management team and review and contribute to the program-level vision, roadmap, and content presentations.
You will interact and collaborate with other Product Owners and various stakeholders to enable fulfillment of their requirements as well as driving the evolution of our capabilities for the future.

You are a curious, problem solving person with a true Team player mindset. You are eager to create technical clarity for your agile teams and at the same time you inspire and empower them to contribute with their extensive experience and innovativeness towards a vision platform they take pride in developing.
You also have an ability to think holistically, cut through the "noise" and translate complex business/technical scenarios into a prioritized product backlog. You keep yourself updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to know how they can improve the end customer experience.
You are flexible, data minded and because you have a strong understanding in hardware and software development, you are comfortable in deep technical discussions. You are flexible and can handle multiple parallel tasks at the same time. You are also well familiar with the Scrum methods and Way of Working. When it comes to communication skills you can explain, present and simplify the technical details for teams and stakeholders. You are driven, quality conscious and inspired by technical challenges.
Furthermore, you have a M.Sc within Electronics, Physics, Mechatronics, Software Engineering or similar. You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as Product owner or similar. You also a proven track record of putting relevant products into production.
Having a valid B-driving licence.
