Assignment Description:
As Basic Software Product Owner, you will work in an organization using agile software development environment.
The pace is high, and the work is within all development steps from idea creation, requirements definition, implementation and verification. Typical duties include understanding business directions/objectives and market conditions to create and maintain product vision and roadmap. Defining and prioritizing product related deliverables (product backlog) and evaluate risks to ensure highest value delivery. Providing clarity on different types of product backlog items (deliverables, tasks) by ensuring clear acceptance criteria. Synchronizing backlogs between teams. Working closely with the Scrum Team ensuring understanding of items in the product backlog. Checking and accepting deliveries by scrum teams.
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Physics or related engineering field and an interest in powertrain control engineering.
- Experience and knowledge in basic software regarding transmission and inverter control systems.
- Experience and knowledge of agile software development and product owner role.
- Experience and knowledge of embedded control systems and basic software development.
- Communication skills.
