About the position
We are now searching for an experienced Product Owner with team lead skills for our client; Axel Johnson International. As a privately-owned industrial group they acquire, build and develop companies in strategically selected niche markets, primarily technical components and industrial process solutions. This company has an entrepreneurial culture where decentralised and committed leadership enables quick decisions. This position is seated at the headquarter in the centre of Stockholm.
As a Product Owner
In this role you will be a leader and project manager and use agile principles to make sure the solutions have continuous development. You will also ensure that the solutions are valuable assets to both internal and external customers. Your daily tasks will consist of the following responsibilities:
Lead the infrastructure team and cloud team in terms of coordination and prioritization of projects, initiatives and tasks.
Understand the long-term business vision and serve as proxy for business stakeholders.
Communicate with the other teams and find valuable feedback loops.
Be open-minded, lead retrospectives and encourage participation in meetings.
Your characteristics
Project management skills are necessary for this position, as you will lead and motivate your team members. To be able to succeed in your role we need you to be a solution and improvement driven person who's not afraid to question and re-think existing solutions. You are a true team player who thrive in social events, and you bring a positive "can-do" attitude. Further on, your need to be structured and goal oriented and you always work with the business needs in focus. Analytical, driven, and organized are some of the other words that describe you in your daily work and we believe that you get your energy and motivation from collaborating with others.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working in Jira, preferably in an agile fashion.
Basic knowledge of infrastructure services like server hosting, networks, active directory.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 services.
Understanding of Release Management processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Contract type and hours
Full-time assignment, initially 6 months via Perido followed by over-recruitment to the client in question. Start as soon as possible.
