To work as Product Owner means that you will have a tight dialogue with our customers to be able to lead the development teams in the right direction.
Our current solution includes the Sectra Table/Board and Education Portal, with a strong focus on our cloud-based platform with 3D visualization of anonymized clinical patient cases at its core, so our software needs to be as good as it can be. The Sectra Education solution is currently implemented in more than 50 different countries and growing!
We are looking for a person that has a passion for new technology, loves to really understand the customer needs in depth and has the analytical skills to balance short term needs towards long term strategic goals.
In this position, you will:
Have a fantastic opportunity to combine customer interaction with direct impact on the products we develop.
Be responsible for maximizing customer value for market requirements.
Own a prioritized backlog based on short term plan from the product manager.
Support the product manager with input to the business backlog.
Conduct requirement analysis and have close contact with customers on a regular basis to represent the voice of the customer towards the development team.
Collaborate with development teams within Sectra Medical Imaging IT.
Create information material for new releases.
Be an important support for our sales organization in early product phases.

For this position, the following requirements apply:
Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Cognitive Science, Interaction Design, Computer Sciences & Engineering or similar.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
You like customer interaction and solving customers' problems.
You are a decision maker, not afraid of prioritizing.
You like to lead and be the "go-to-person".
You understand modern software design and what is easy or more difficult to develop.
You have a good sense of risk analysis in software design.
Assets
Most of all, we are looking for an open, passionate person who shares our values, is a true team player and will enjoy working with the rest of us at Sectra.
In addition, we consider it an asset if you also:
Speak more languages than those required above.
Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing or flying (if you happen to have pilot's license, you can fly to our customers in our own Sectra airplane) or anything else that makes you stand out from the crowd.
Have experience as a Product Owner.
Have experience from agile methodologies and/or teaching experience.
Have knowledge of PACS technologies.
Worked with a cloud platform or other tools used for education.
Have experience as an application specialist, project leader or project engineer at Sectra
