Description
We bring together creative minds from different engineering disciplines such as AI, image recognition, optics, mechanics, and electronics technology to develop market-leading infrared products and solutions. You will become a key member in our journey of continuously improving our customers' experience and creating cutting-edge solutions.
We're looking for a results-oriented, skilled, agile leader with a business sense and an interest in improving working methods and good at motivating and engaging your colleagues and peers. The role also requires that you are a good communicator and have a good understanding of technical solutions.
Your job in plain text
• Owns the roadmap backlog
• Solve problems, make decisions and perform trade-off analysis to ensure high-quality that meet customer expectations
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product
• Plan and prioritize the product's feature backlog
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
• Actively mitigate risks and to ensure successful team completion of release/sprint goals
• Asist the scrum teams to meet the objectives of each sprint
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager
• Proven track record in developing and delivering mobile, web and cloud products
• In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
• Substantial experience and understanding of Software development's full life cycle.
• Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated
• Solid interpersonal skills, able to lead and influence others
• Exposure to or awareness of all phases of software development projects, including analysis, systems design, development, and testing approaches
• Ability to remotely lead global teams
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
