You will be part of ART Climate in the Vehicle platform stream within R&D. We are a fast-growing ART where electrification and increased SW focus is reshaping the way of working. Requirements to be successful.
We believe you have experience from product development and project management within the automotive industry in combination with a MSc or BSc education relevant to the area.

We will be looking for the following skills:
• Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Experience and good understanding of VCAF.
• Business acumen and a drive to shape a competitive customer-focused culture
• Technical understanding of SW development & CI/CD

What you will do
Together with the PM you will prioritize the ART features. With the Trojka you work on improving the Culture & WoW to produce the best value for the customer. The PO area consists of two teams: Team Cider, the CI support team that is responsible for building and maintaining the CI chain and our domain rig. Team CCM BSW (Climate Control Module Base Software) team responsible for the Base SW for the CCM node. You also own and prioritize your team 's backlog and creating road maps to guide your team in planning their work.
