hela Sverige We are now looking for a driven Product Owner who is motivated by delivering solutions to our customers. Do you want to contribute to building Svea Bank's banking services in a changing and growing environment? Do you have experience as a Product Owner and want to be part of an ambitious team in a fast-moving organization? Then this might be the role for you!
About you
In this role, you are a part of our Banking Services business area and are part of a cross-functional team where your main task is to lead the daily product development by conveying to the team what is to be achieved within the framework of the set roadmap. In this role, you need to understand the business and connect these to your and the team's work in a clear way to create a common direction forward. The team works in an agile manner and you are advantageously used to such a way of working. The role includes a combination of drive and ownership in analysis and requirements management during the development process as well as actively working with the implementation and management of existing and new products. Some areas of responsibility are the following:
Responsible for overall prioritization of the team's work and setting strategy and metrics for your products
Actively develop competence and knowledge within the business area in order to contribute to the development of the products.
Requirements management, planning and quality assurance of the product's life cycle.
Ensure product reliability and regulatory compliance
Environmental monitoring of trends in banking and the financial industry
Who are you?
You have a very good ability to drive work forward towards set goals and visions. Furthermore, you are self-motivated and have a high initiate, which contributes to the team being able to deliver value quickly. You have a good ability to understand the business and are confident in your role. We believe that you are driven by seeing solutions and that with your analytical ability you can see overall solutions as well as important details.
We would like to see that you have previous experience in working with Product Management and are confident in your competence. You also have previous experience of working according to agile methods. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, as both of these languages are part of your daily work.
