hela Sverige Scania is taking the lead in the shift to more sustainable transports and we are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Owner to join our team.
As our customers are shifting to more sustainable transports, they need more services to support them in the daily operations which now also includes electrified vehicles. Together with skilled colleagues, you will explore and find solutions to our customers' pain points.
Your tasks
Your work as a Product Owner will be in close cooperation with our great development teams ensuring they have a suitable and prioritized backlog to work with, always with the customer in focus. You will work with services like Route and Transport planning, Driving time and other features aimed to help customers plan, execute and optimize their daily transport operation.
You will be part of a product lead team, which has a joint responsibility for the product vision, roadmap and finding business opportunities. You will also own the team's roadmap and vision. Here you will work closely with Product Managers, Service Designers, UX-designers and other Product Owners to secure a holistic view and demand from our customers.
Your profile
We want you to have experience from working as a product owner, team lead or similar for some years in an agile software context. We also believe you are
• Great at interacting with customers, always seeing their needs and transforming them into real value.
• A brave person who doesn't focus on the obstacles thrown your way, but instead on how to learn from and overcome them.
• Curios to learn and are open to see things from different perspectives.
• A great communicator.
