About the team & product
In the Facility Environmental and Social Impact team we enable brands and customers to take more sustainable decisions, based on sustainability performance data of our full supply chain - ensuring we truly reward sustainable initiatives and generate an impactful and positive change. We work to implement our Sustainable Impact Partnership Program (SIPP) to drive improvement and communicate environmental and social performance at our suppliers' production facilities to all relevant stakeholders inside and outside the Group.

Product Mission: To be the single source of transparent social and environmental production unit sustainability performance data, driving meaningful change in the industry and the sustainability impact of H&M Group.

What you will do as a Product Owner
As a Product Owner, you will take responsibility for a product with full accountability for the business and customer value delivered by your product. To do this, you will lead a cross-functional product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus. You will define the strategic vision for your product and create the product roadmap based on an understanding of the market / industry, insights and data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company. Working closely with the Product Area Manager, Product Area Lead Engineer and other Product Owners to ensure overall alignment, you will set objectives and key results (OKRs) that your product will drive toward. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies.

Your profile & skills

As a Product Owner you truly are a doer, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the product move forward. You have an agile mindset and are willing to find new ways to deliver your goals in case you get stuck. You have great leadership skills managing strategic partnerships with tech vendors, also with the ability to influence decision makers and manage stakeholders to achieve the Product mission.

Furthermore, we believe you have experience in
Product Ownership / Product Management
Product roadmap development and management
Product mission and OKR creation
Commercial understanding (budgeting, contract management)
Market, trend, and customer analysis
Integrating qualitative and quantitative research, product analysis and customer insights into product requirements
Gather, analyze and understand customer and business needs and understand impact against product backlog and impact on team

It's beneficial if you have
Practiced sustainability (Environmental + Social/labor) impact analysis
Experience in sourcing and developing sustainability data platforms
Engagement with SAC Higg methodology (FEM/FSLM)
Experience in strategic development and implementation of H&M Group specific Sustainable Impact Partnership Program (SIPP)
Implemented Sustainability Performance Data Service (API)
Worked with transparency and disclosure of data
Driven strategic stakeholder engagement across complex networks
