Description
We are now looking for an experienced Product owner for a client in Stockholm
About the role
As Product Owner for the KPI Steering Product, you are responsible for a digital product with the mission to enable steering through a measurable common view and to make us become fully data driven. To do this, you will lead a cross-functional, globally distributed, multi-competent product team consisting of Business Experts, Power BI specialists, Data Engineers and Architects that will develop new analytical capabilities using Microsoft Power BI.
You will work closely with leaders within Business Tech management, Domains and Product Areas as well as key business stakeholders within our brands, functions and countries to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of new analytical capabilities within the organization. You will also collaborate and partner up with the different Analytics' teams within our brands and group functions to manage dependencies and find synergies.
You will define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the analytical needs and business steering within our organization. With support from your team members, you will also be responsible for creating great tech solutions for your product and ensure tech is an accelerator. Furthermore, you will:
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered.
• Set ambitious and clear OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our business and customer needs to adjust strategy and priorities dynamically.
• Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration within Business Tech and across brands and relevant business functions.

Key qualifications:
You are a true team player and believe in a culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. Furthermore, we believe you have:
• Academic degree in a relevant field, minimum Bachelor 's degree
• Minimum 5 years work experience and previous leadership responsibility.
• Minimum 2 years experience of strategy, steering and/or analytics at company/brand/function/country level.
• Extensive business knowledge from various parts of the company.
• Ability to facilitate constructive communication, collaboration and knowledge-sharing between different stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to find solutions in complex situations and involve and influence various stakeholders
• Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a "can-do attitude"
• Ability to challenge and act independently, take own initiatives and lead the way - always striving to find the best way forward
