Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner to our Cloud Native Development team! This is an exciting and fantastic opportunity, enabling and promoting engineering excellence across H&M Group by being in the forefront of modern cloud native practices and solutions. About Cloud Native Development team
The Cloud Native Development team is at the forefront of scaling modern cloud native engineering practices and solutions. Being frontrunners, you will continuously work with enablement and driving adoption of modern engineering technologies and practices to let our engineers focus on business differentiating features. The team is a part of the Developer eXperience area, where the vision is to enable and promote engineering excellence that will enable H&M Group to continuously surprise and delight customers and accelerate our business - by releasing the power of people, data and technology.

The Cloud Native Development team consists of seven people today and is a high performing and motivated team that listens to each other, embraces diverse perspectives, and always finds a way forward together. Together with the team, you will strive to make our entire engineering community more efficient by developing world class solutions. This translates into a product landscape where you will manage several smaller solutions containing re-usable assets, automation, and supporting systems.

The Product Owner Role
As a Product Owner you have end-to-end ownership of the product, full lifecycle from ideation to optimization, with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered. The Cloud Native Development team is at the forefront of modern cloud-based technologies and engineering practices and the "customer" is primarily our internal engineers. You will lead a senior cross-functional product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders and creating efficient feedback loops with the consumers of our services and products. Furthermore, you will:
• Ensure overall alignment, set objectives and key results (OKRs) that your product will drive toward
• Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies
• Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles
• Ensure team skills and setup is mapped against product tactical and strategic roadmap
• Monitor and manage the financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team
• Identify and monitor KPIs, using them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities, adjusting course, and taking actions when needed
Who are you?
We are looking for a passionate Product Owner with great technical and leadership capabilities. You have good insights into different aspects of software development, and previous hands-on experience as a developer will be your key to success. We believe you have a structured and pragmatic approach to setting and communicating priorities in a dynamic environment with previous experience of leading distributed cross-functional tech teams with many dependencies. You have a truly agile mindset with the ability to inspire and bring people together.
In addition to this, we also believe you have:
• Experience of cloud native technology, e.g., Azure, GPC, AWS
• Familiar with the concepts around APIs, CI/CD and distributed architectures
• Understanding of supporting technology domains such as dns, certificates, and identity management
• Knowledge and experience of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
